Our Victorious City is well into our fifth year  of operation and we are extremely excited about the progress with the Victorious K. Swift Scholarship Fund, and collaborating with other grassroots and national organizations such as the Maryland Council Of Elders (MCOE), The Baltimore Algebra Project (BAP), Victorious Productions (VP), Teaching Arts Institute (TAI), Sixth Region Diaspora Caucus (SRDC), Sankofa Children's Museum along with many other groups for stronger, safer, and more unified communities.
