February 17, 2018, was our First Annual Emerald Dinner. Guest included Keynote speaker Robert"Bob" Moses of  Student Non-Violence Coordinating Committee (SNCC) 1964 Freedom Summer & founder of the National Algebra Project along with Councilman Zeke Cohen and County Executive Kevin Kamenetz. OVC's first year of fundraising yielded $10,000.00 for scholarships for Baltimore City High Scool Graduates thanks to our donors!
