Our Victorious City's 2019 street charity fundraising goal is $50,000.00 for OVC'S annual student scholarships and awards as well as $100,000.00 for our Youth Entrepreneurial Summer Program that allows youngsters 13- 18 years of age to start a real business, produce a product, and get it to market. They will learn the various aspect of a business, marketing, and manufacturing of products.  Your unyielding support will make these goals a reality
