Our Victorious City Inc. (OVC) is pleased to announce Ms. Ange Guianin as the  James Forrester Memorial Scholarship Awardee. Ms. Guianin is an Edmondson Westside High School class of 2019 graduate. She attends  the University of Maryland, College Park and majors in Public Health Sciences with a minor in Spanish.

Our Victorious City Inc. (OVC) is pleased to announce Mr. N'name Ede' as the  Victorious K. Swift Memorial Scholarship for Families of Homicide Victims Awardee. Mr. Ede' is a Baltimore City College High School class of 2019 graduate. He attends  the University of Maryland, College Park and majors in Information Science.
