OUR VICTORIOUS CITY is starting spring 2020 with a knockout! As a part of our Beautiful Baltimore Living Campaign we are giving away red and pink rose bushes while supplies last.

Please call: 443.413.1631 between 10 am - 2 pm., Monday - Friday to pick up your free Knockout Rose Bush. Our Victorious City, Inc. believes that every child in Baltimore have the right to live in a beautiful, clean, and safe city "EVERY CHILD!" So let's do our part in making Baltimore the most beautiful, cleanest, and safest city in America  for all of our Beautiful Victorious Children!
