North Avenue, Baltimore, MD. 21213,a Museum tour (5 pm - 6 pm). OVC T-shirt is included per tickets/ donations of $100.00 or more. The fundraiser is for the Victorious K. Swift Scholarship Funds and Our Victorious City Educator of the Year Scholarship. Scholarships will also honor and remember the lives of Councilman Kenneth Harris and Tariq Sharif Alston.
